Job Descriptions: - Within the framework of the strategic orientations of Industrial Operations, GMP, HSE regulations, current techniques and defined objectives: plans and oversees the productions / impulses improvements at the level of the workshops in order to manufacture Flu antigens and Flu bulk vaccines respecting quantity, quality, costs and lead time; - The sense of Quality, the animation of the teams, the customer's orientation and the concern of the result are the indispensable foundations of the mission; - Participate in and provide technically support of transferring technology equipment, including installation, commissioning and qualification: to translate document / support training / support recruitment / prepare organization for project; - Ensure the management of manufacturing activities in the production workshop to guarantee the realization of the plan of production in quantity, lead time and safety; - Ensure the quality of the operations of production within the workshop: by watching that daily activities comply with internal (GQD, SOP) and external (GMP, dossier) regulations; - Manage and animate manufacturing staff, optimize the cohesion to guarantee the motivation and the efficiency of ; - Participate in the strategic piloting of the workshop to meet the objectives; - Participate in the optimization of the methods and the processes (manufacturing and safety), to guarantee the performance of the process, Image, propose and argue innovative solutions to develop the methods and the processes within the workshop; - Be the referent between project group and global teams to guarantee the product and process professionally; - Participate in the various working and management Flu vaccines groups within the Company. Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in pharmacy or biology field; - At least 8 years working experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry in active substance production fields; - Very good quality culture and knowledge in the regulation, BPF; - Management capacity, ability to work in team; - Strong orientation customer and result necessary; - Fluent English, French is a plus
