AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible planning, control and evaluate assigned marketing activities in ethical channel To formulate and implement ethical marketing strategies and programs for Wyeth Brand To monitor and control marketing expenses within/in line with budget Assist supervisor to work on the annual marketing plan for ethical marketing and coordinates its effective implementation. Responsible for the preparation or advice for brand manager of special selling tools for ethical channel and ensure their effective use by field force To perform other related assignments when required. Education / Experience: University graduate majoring in medicine or business or science At least 3 years working experience in Ethical sales or ethical marketing background Nutritional or Ethical brand management background would be an advantage Strong experience in executing, monitoring and evaluating a promotion activity. Ability of strategic thinking would be preferred. Special Knowledge: Nutrition, medical or science-related Customer behavior and insights in the O&G and Pediatrics area Consumer behavior and insights of pregnant woman and mothers with 0-3 years kids Skill: Computer Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) Good communication skills & self motivated Ability to leverage on the strength of an agency to deliver results Effective time management Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team environment
