JD: 1，Set up HR strategic planning with Shenzhen Site Management Team based on company business needs. 2，Review, compile, implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirement. Provide timely human resources support on manpower planning, headcount control and timely recruitment based on business demands. 3，Set up and monitor compensation and benefit system in accordance with company business development strategy. Propose retention schemes to key talent and key position holders. 4，Set up and monitor human resource development system including competency development, training needs analysis and training program evaluation. Continuously make improvement. 5，Promote a positive working environment, maintain employee morale, promote company values, monitor and enhance employee relation system. Lead timely communication with employees. 6，Monitor people performance appraisal and management development system. 7，Guide and coach potential employees’ development. 8，Support employee engagement survey, analyse and implement follow up actions. 9，Monitor the recognition policy, encourage employee to make more achievement, contribute significantly which exceeds performance objectives. 10，Co-ordinate and communicate with relevant internal and external parties. Fulfill other company assigned tasks.Regularly review and update ERF, PPM, Talent Track, ICS, Taxomony and PSCS system. Fulfill HR projects as required. 11，Manage Administration affairs. Review and control department expense within approved budget.
