职位描述：
汇报对象：
重点客户销售课经理 工作职责：
1、覆盖给定区域的客户，找出潜在客户；
2、掌握公司中高端硬件、软件产品，熟悉行业解决方案；
3、拜访重点客户，发掘客户潜在需求，完成销售目标，确保应收帐款的回收；
4、提供合适的解决方案，分析竞争态势，提出竞争策略，推动客户成交。
基本要求：
1、男女不限，年龄26-32岁，大学本科学历；
2、具有丰富的IT知识，且有三年以上办公设备、IT或通讯等相关行业的重点客户管理经验，具日资企业工作经验者优先；
3、具备日语二级水平及熟练的日语听、说、写能力者优先；
4、具有良好的谈判技巧、承压及问题解决能力；
5、具有良好的团队合作精神及学习能力；
6、能够适应经常性的外勤工作。
Responsibility: To develop Regional NKA business and LKA( Local Key Account) management guideline and ensure good compliance from local supervisor or SF To assist Regional RD or RSM budgeting and achieving the region or cities key account channel sales target Monitoring the A&P application and execution, ensure promotional activity for the Key account being in line with MJ’s strategy To evaluate the KA promotional activities to achieve higher ROI in responsible region Negotiating with LKA to have better trading terms and monitor change of the terms (in line with the guideline) Communications among cities and functions for the effectiveness and efficiency of operation or execution To work with NKA team on management experience and skill and tool for introduction to LKA management function To balance the competition between LKA and NKA Working experience & ability & educational background: 5 years or above working experience in the industry 3 years or above management experience in the industry (preferred in FMCG) manage specified NKA and LKA in major market (preferred in FMCG) ability in planning / budgeting / analyzing / evaluating / presentation / negotiation / coordination etc. good communication in both English and Chinese bachelor, major in business management etc.
